This Privacy Policy explains how Voice Rooms (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our Discord bot and related services (“Service”). Server configuration data is retained only while the bot is present in your server. When you remove the bot, stored IDs are deleted within a reasonable timeframe. Temporary data, such as current channel owner IDs, is cleared automatically when no longer required.
